What's an AI credit?
Credits measure AI work: reading a solicitation into the compliance matrix, drafting a section, running a color-team review. A section draft is typically 20–60 credits; a full proposal a few hundred. Everything else in Responder (the workspace, the library, reviews by your people) doesn't use credits.
What happens if we use more than our plan includes?
Paid plans keep working and the extra credits are billed at the end of the month at the rate shown. Admins can set a monthly cap so AI work pauses instead.
Do partner guests count as seats?
No. Contacts from teaming partners you invite to a bid don't use seats.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes, on Enterprise. Contact us and we'll set up invoicing.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Responder uses Claude through Amazon Bedrock, which doesn't use your data to train models, and your data stays in AWS US regions.
